Theo Angelopoulos

Famed Greek film director, Theo Angelopoulos died Tuesday from injuries received from being hit by a motorcycle near the set of his latest film. His career spanned four decades.  Politics, immigration, and war were common themes of his films.  The Libraries own numerous books on Angelopoulos, some of which are listed below.
