BROOME ART 3-D:  SCULPTURE OUTDOORS

Reception and presentation at the Broome County Arts Council (BCAC) 81 State Street, 5th Floor, Stephens Square Bldg. 4-6:00pm.

Don’t miss an early First Friday presentation of research by Binghamton University art history students about 14 often mysteriously unidentified public sculptures with major artistic and historic significance.  Artists revealed!  Back stories told!  Questions answered!  This exciting presentation completes a year-long collaboration between the BC Arts Council, Professor Kevin Hatch and his ARTH 496 Theory and Issues students, and the BU Art History Department.

4:00pm Reception and Meet & Greet; 4:30pm Student presentation, followed by Q & A.  Take away a free reference map to the 14 featured sculptures, as you continue your First Friday Art Walk!  For information, visit www.broomearts.org or call 607-723-4620.
